Some itching and infection in big toe

From last 2 months i can see some changes in my both legs big toe side.. near the nail skin it is becoming black kind of spot. Initially I was feeling itching on the area bt now from last week there is some cut has been generated and now it's paining and when I did google so got to know that it can be fungal infection. Attaching a pic for more clarification.
