All of sudden since last week there is a lump of solid mass on my right testicle.( inside ) from outside it look normal. Its the place where cord join .feels like knot. I know sonography and ultrasound may help..but any medication I can try. No such pain . It only feel uncomfortable if touch . And the pain grows in abdomen but very mild. Only if touch it for some time. Please help..
