My baby is 6month old and i have started solids when was 5 1/2 .. initialy is started with ragi mix with coconut milk once a day and he used to poop everyday ..and then i started rice with coconut milk during evening..then i mixed carrot pulp in the rice for next three days it was also fine ..then i mixed sweet potato and this the third days..yeaterday and today my baby is pooing hard .. very hard.. am confused ..is this because of sweet potato or rice..tdy am planning to give pumpik and rice

Foods that you are giving is ok...but introduce each vegetable once a week.. and do not go too fast. Give fluids and continue breast feeding

The things that your are giving is fine but you can increase the gap between introducing new foods and see. Also do feed some water which is boiled and cooled in between meals.
