Hello All, I am 19 weeks pregnant and taking Dexorange Syrup as iron supp. 2 times a day. Will be changing the same to softeron gold tablets. Can anyone please confirm the dosage of the same? My doc suggested to take only one tablet after dinner. But I can see the composition as 30mg of elemental iron in a single tab. Is it sufficient? My hb is 11.4. please help.
