Snri added to ssri

I have been taking nexito forte for 2 years and now my doctor has added a snri veniz xr 150 which I fear of adding medicine plz help

Hello SSRI +SNRI are commonly prescribed together these days Since your symptoms were not fully remitting with just Escitalopram it is worthwhile to try another category antidepressant

They are of different categories targeting different symptoms. They don't have significant interactions between one another. You can rest easy. You have mentioned that you've been on medication for years now. Have you been irregular during this time? It's possible to tapper the medication and stop it and still maintain well.
