Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern. It might seems like a lot but in fact it's not uncommon to prescribe more than one antidepressant. They are of different categories targeting different symptoms. They don't have significant interactions between one another. You can rest easy. You have mentioned that you've been on medication for years now. Have you been irregular during this time? It's possible to tapper the medication and stop it and still maintain well.
