There are many causes for snoring like obesity, nasal polyps, deviated septum, hypothyroidism, etc. Your BMI( body mass index) is 32 which falls in the obese category. This might be the cause for your problem. You are young and it is very easy to lose that extra weight by daily exercise and watching what you eat. Consult a dietician who will advise you regarding a healthy diet. You can also join a weight loss program. Please remember to have realistic goals(eg. Lose 1-1.5 kg per month). It is humanly impossible to lose 4-5 KGS per month without causing damage to your organs. Hence I do not recommend the so called "miracle weight loss" programs as their safety is not established. The best way to lose weight is with good motivation, regular exercise and eating in moderation.
