Snoring is a very common problem. It is more common in obese people. One of the major causes is some obstruction in air passage for which you could consult ENT Specialist. You have not given your weight. If snoring has come up with increase in weight, losing weight will help, Try to sleep on the side rather than on back. Maintain a good posture while sleeping. There are devices/clips available which you can try out.
