Snoring loud / Pulse rate

I have hypertension and diabetes over 15 years. I snore loudly when I sleep ( highest 60dB) and quite consistently. At time I wake up with a slight sweat, pulse reads around 105, blood sugar 100,BP around 137/80, later comes down to 110/70 in the morning. At bed time BP 125/75 usually. My H1Abc 6.2 generally. J am on medication for sugar and BP. Should I need to be concerned with excessive snoring,?

If your snoring is causing you to wake up feeling tired and fatigued like you have not slept enough it should be evaluated. Get a sleep study and a nasolaryngoscopy done to get more information. You need to consult an ENT for complete evaluation.
