My child snores heavily, condition got worse when he has cold. He was slow in learn to speaking. He has a sharp mind. Need help

Probably has Adenoid Hypertrophy. Get a digital X-RAY of his Nasopharynx in lateral view with soft tissue enhancement. If the Adenoid Hypertrophy is confirmed, a Coblation Adenoidectomy will permanently solve the issue.
