Sneezing,running nose eyes, inflammation
I am facing continuously sneezing while I am not sleeping and during sleep close nose. Whole day i want to reading but i can't due to running nose and eyes also . I have home dust allergy but my home is clean and i am reading at home throughout the day. I tried everything every types allopathy( montelucast) 1st then homeopathy 2 nd, then ayurvedic 3 Rd and Frome 3 years i am steel help less. During typing this massage i am in sleeping position to avoid sneezing and running nose. Please can anyone help me out this i can't focus on reading i can't watch a single lecture without lying down on my bad even I can't reading with seating position. If I am constantly driving them i have no problem, during eating I have open nose but when ever I am trying to reading running nose is continuous and uncontrollable. can any doctor help me out of these please don't suggest homeopathy because that medicine have zero affect on me. I can't even go outside whithout taking medicine, handkerchief.
Sounds like allergic rhinitis. You’ll have to take antihistamines. Monteleukast alone will not help. Also you’ll have to start a steroid nasal spray.
Fluticasone FT 2 puffs twice a day in both nostrils and use it with your head leaning forward. Take it for 15 days then reduced the dose to once a day.
Take antihistamine Levocetirizine once at bedtime for 5 days.
Dust mites are not visible to the naked eye so make sure you wash all your bed linen weekly and dry it in the sun.
Old books can also contain dust mites.
Maintain a good nasal hygiene. Do saline nasal douching twice a day. (Nasowash)
