Sneezing problem

My 9 year old child has sneezing problem. He continuously sneezes after waking up, before going to bed and after having bath as well...and it is 10 to 15 sneezes minimum each time... Along with running nose. Kindly suggest treatment.

Needs detailed history and evaluation... Is it just sneezing , running nose ..or does he have an itch?..is he breathless any time?.. How is his activity and play?...how is the weight gain and height gain? It is very important to seek medical attention now to help him fight this and grow well... Normal saline drops are always safe to take for stuffy nose without side effects...consult if anything more is needed
