I am having sneezes and running nose from morning to evening since few days. This is seasonal allergy and gets aggravated if exposed to dust. Please advice for its cure.

As you already know it's seasonal allergy....there is no cure for it. You have to take antiallergic tablets and sprays as soon as weather changes. If it is very troublesome than go for allergy testing and immunotherapy.
