I am getting sneeze continuously and a little headache. I started night shifts how can I manage and what is the sleeping pattern i should follow?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days.
