I dont know what my colleague said but i can understand your concern.
First and foremost what is required for quitting is a strong will power.
Headache and drowsiness and weaknees are just temporary.
Thy will go away if you have a strong will power.
Consult a psychiatrist and talk to him about it and tell him that you want de-addiction.
