Hi, I am Female 37 and trying to get pregnant from few months. Though my basic tests (AMH, etc) are normal, I have recently started taking treatment (Letoval, Inj Fertigyn and duphaston) considering my age. My husband's sperm count is normal but he smokes too much and unable to quit it. Will it affect our chances to conceive and can we do something about it ?

Yes though semen count is normal at present but yes smoking do have negative effects on sperm count. Your age is also playing a major role in fertility.Connect online for detailed history and further guidance

You didn't mention how many years you have been married. Frankly, at this stage it doesn't matter whether smoking has any ill effects on fertility or not. Apparently the Semen analysis of your husband is normal. At this age time is against you. You should consult a Gynaecologist in an IVF Centre.
