I am pregnant which I got to know very recently. I have been smoking before I got to know this. Will that lead to a miscarriage?

Stop from now onwards .  Although  it should have been stopped earlier only . The result are unpredictable. Just take normal precaution as a normal pregnancy

Please stop smoking now. Whatever damage has been done to your heart and lungs and blood vessels can't be undone completely but at least further damage will not occur.
