Smell and taste post covid

Symptoms was on 14th May. I lost my smell on 16th May. Taste was little bit I felt. But now I can able to smell when I take near to my nose and taste I don't know what I'm eating. Why it's like that?

You need to rest, this issue will resolve in 3 months, take supradyn or zincovit tab, you can add vit D3 60k 8 tab once a week. Maintain good diet & fluids you'll be fine.
