For a long time, I have been Washing white layer of smelly thing under my foreskin. I googled for it and got to know it's smegma. But how do I get rid of it? It's stinks. And comes back real quick. I hope I don't have any std !!

Hello, I went through your query, smegma is a secretion from sebaceous gland, it lubricates the cavity between the foreskin of the penis and the glans, thus allowing smooth movement between them during intercourse. It is actually useful for smooth movement between foreskin and glans.. Don't worry about it.... Maintain good genital hygiene by washing with soap and water daily...
