I have suffering from pre cum which cause smegma and itching at penis head. I have recently a skin tag also on my below abdomen. I want to know this is tag or wart.

Hi, This is curable hence need not worry. Also you need to keep your part clean. Once the issue of precum is resolved simultaneously it can be worked upon with other issues as well.
