Hello Doctors, I have observed some non itchy and painless small red bumps on my body mostly on next, back , arms and forearms .. sometimes on face too. Plus usually in summers. I was concerned if i should go to the doctor. These small bumps disappear after few days. Without leaving a mark or spot.
