I am 23 years old, i noticed a small lump in breast, it was there from last 5-6 months, i didn't paid attention that much as i thought it is just simple pimple, but it is not that, many days it is there only a d sometimes it goes a bit red and sometime it will be normal color. Also i have a keen pain in breast. I have irregular periods, last month i took some pills to stop periods as it was going heavy, and this month I'm not getting period. Are these all connected? I am very scared.
