Maam, U need to keep ua ear absolutely dry, whenever u wash ua hair or take a bath, plug ua ear with ear plugs or vaseline impregnated cotton buds. Never put match sticks or ear buds in ua ear. Dont blow ua nose forcefully and dont use heavy force while defecating. Avoid cold drinks and smoking. Dont allow uaself to get exposed to cold. And get ua ear checked after one month if there is no symptoms like discharge or pain, if there is some symptoms then u need to get checked sooner.
