Small hard lumps

2020-08-31 17:22:14
I was having viral fever. From 3rd day itself my rise in temperature stopped. But today on the 4th day, I have observed small hard lumps in between my lower hairline and back of the ear. To be particular it's on the back of the neck portion. It's  round in shape and beneath the skin, pains when touched. What is this? How can it be cured?

Lumps could be lymph nodes. If they are large, painful needs further evaluation
