A growth size of a pea was observed on the skin of scrotum. It started 2 days ago. What should I do next? There is no pain.

it can be a simple cyst. Observe it. Sometimes it regresses or ruptue spontaneously with clear non foul smelling discharge. If it is increasing in size or associated with pain or discharge u need a medical attention.
