I'm a bit embarrassed, but I noticed that I have about 3 small shiny dots on the top of my penis shaft near the head. They've gotten smaller over the months and they actually have no texture, the skin itself. Is completely smooth, yet these dots shine and seem to be non visible when I stretch the skin of my penis. Theyre completely painless and I feel like it's not problematic but I want to make sure
