Small Cuts on penis after intercourse.

Whenever m doing intercourse I am feeling cuts on my penis and it's burning alot when I wash . I don't no why it's happening.since 1 month m facing this problem. Sometimes I use protection and sometime I don't. Is it because of using condom? What's the reason? Is there any medication?
