Small cuts near genitals and buttocks.

Attached a couple of pics. There are small cuts on genitals and cuts on the line dividing buttocks. Been painful. Theres a lot of burning sensation too. What exactly is it? What should I do now. Please tell me some cream or medicine for relief.
