I have this small boil outside anus opening. It swells once in a while and also painful when I touch it or sit. I am sharing the pic. It is white in color. Can anyone check and tell me what is it?

Hello, the boil there seems to be infected. It needs treatment, hope your sugar levels are normal.
Next Steps
U could clean the area with disinfectant liquid. Apply Neosporin ointment over it. Do u have any other symptoms like fever?
