Slipped disc
-Disc desiccation at the L5-S1 level, evident by the loss of normal hyperintensity on T2-weighted images.
- Mild posterior bulge in the L3-4 and L4-5 discs, slightly indenting the thecal sac.
- Central and left paracentral herniation of the L5-S1 disc, compressing the anterior epidural fat, impinging on the traversing left S1 nerve root, and moderately compromising the spinal canal.
Symptom
