I have Slip dics L5 S1 Lumbar past one year. Of late I have​ been suffering from sciatic nerve compression. I have also done EMG NV test which shows compression of nerve on the left side of the leg Due to which I have developed swelling numbness tingling in my left feet . Doctor has adviced for surgery. Iam also taking Multivitamin Calcium and Methylprednisolne Dou have any therapy for recovery Swapna Shrivastav

Hi... Can you please share with us your MRI findings... I would also require a detailed history if your problem.. There are exercises to receive the sciarltic pain..but need to clarify regarding certain other associated issues before advising them.. Kindly revert back with MRi Findings..and detailed history
