Found out this mole on my lower back, not sure how long it's been there. It's about 6mm in size. No itching, bleeding or other symptoms. Had a checkup with a derm who had a quick look at it and wasn't concerned. I'm worried about it as it's slightly raised in the middle with a darker shade. Can normal moles look like this?
