My wife is suffering from stomach pain and back pain from past 2 days, she is having loose motion sensation, but loose motion hasn't started yet

It can be due to sever gastritis. Start with tab pantop-D 40 mg 1 tab daily empty stomach and tab buscogast 1tab 2 times a day. Drink ORS daily. Consult if problem persists
