Slight pain in testicles.

It goes away when I lie down. Becomes worse when I work out or stand for a long period. No redness, swelling, lumps, rashes or anything else. No problem in getting erection or ejaculation. Started three weeks ago when I was working out. It might be because of a slight trauma. I sat down in a bad position although it didn't hurt at all at that time. But it started after that. Consulted doctor on 14 Nov. He said it's some infection. Gave me antibiotics (Amoxy, Banocide and some injection). It was very sharp, sudden and painful in the beginning. But after the antibiotics, the sharp pain is replaced by dull, aching pain. It comes and goes. Nothing too painful, just very uncomfortable, especially since it's persistent for 3 weeks now. Can't work out anymore. What is this?
