Slight left arm pain

I was having pain in left arm biceps since morning and as i was adviced to have an ecg , i have underwent ecg and it is attached. In night i also wake up and was feeling anxious, i also have some gastric issue. Please look into the ecg and guide whether there is some issue or what.

Hello there Your ECG looks normal to me. Looks like gastritis maybe stress or anxiety induced. I would suggest you to consult with more details Also repeat an ECG if your symptoms are persistent
