Had a slight jones fracture On right foot due to twisting doctor applied splinter for 1 week followed by cast which was removed on 4th week from the first day of injury. A binder is applied now. Now i walk a little bit with stick. When i can put complete weight and start my routine

Usually Jones fracture united in 1 month time it needs to be confirmed on xrays. If it is united then u can put full weight and walk
