In case you are biting your teeth properly as shown in the pic, you have gap between your upper and lower front teeth which is called Open bite and can be corrected only with the help of braces and can’t be treated at a cost of 10k by any chance. In case you are concerned about the gap between your upper front teeth, you can either go for a tooth coloured filling/cap (but can make your tooth look bigger) or can try to get it corrected by a retainer appliance.

Composite restoration will help but it might not stay for long if the bite of your teeth is not proper which can be determined by more proper clinical examination, there are more permanent options like veneers or crowns but it requires Trimming of your natural tooth on the other hand, composites may /may not stay and also discolour after some time. But you can try this as it is not expensive

If budget is tight.... avoid any treatment....and enjoy with what you have now...till you get enough money...

Taking consideration into your budget and not affecting natural teeth, permanent solution is going for composite restoration for closing this gap.
