I've been experiencing temperature fluctuations in my body, along with yellow and smelly urine. I've been getting headaches and eye pain, and my nose feels heavy with a slight cold sensation, but no runny nose. Additionally, I have a cough and my tongue tastes bitter.". It is difficult for me to sleep at night
