I am a 29 year male suffering from moderate asthma and allergic rhinitis. Approximate 3 months ago, I suffered major breathing problem and for the last 3 months, I have been taking Seroflo 250/25 4 puffs a day and Momeflo nasal spray as advised by doctor. My problem is, even I still face slight breathlessness though it is not much. Also, while climbing stairs or lifting weight, I face slight breathlessness. Is it ok?
