Slight and slow tremor in whole body

I have slight and slow tremor in my complete body.it gets exaggerated when confused or frustrated.i can feel that my trunk is oscillating with very low amplitude.i have this problem for the past 4 year.earlierly its amplitude is extremely low...But now it seems that my amplitude has some increased...I wanted to clear that this tremor doesn't have any affect on my daily lifestyle.....but I wanted to know the reason...Why it is so...      So sir and mam please tell me... What the pathology is behind this??? I am normal male with height 5'3"...And body weight 48 and below average body buildup...With previously no case of any mental disorder... But,yes ,I have study stress and long depression and anxiety ..But I think it is my personality.

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. After carefully listening to your problems.... I felt i.e what you have mentioned is a fine whole body tremor which is only perceived by you and which is not that obvious. It's very low amplitude.... Do you mean the frequency is very low....like Essential tremor it's usually 11 Hz... And lithium tremor usually 4 Hz.... The interesting part of your story is that ... It usually triggered by stressors. Definitely it has an association... Why don't you try T. Betacap 20 mg twice daily. Come back with a thyroid profile report. Pathology can be from basal ganglia to anxiey disorder... Let's see
