Sleepong hours on Diet

Hello Everyone, I'm on diet..does my sleeping hours add to ma diet? How many hours should I sleep everyday? Please suggest. Thanks in advance. Regards, Santosh

Hi good to see your query. Can u pl tell me what type of lifestyles u r having? Your weight,height any medical, disorders history? Sleeping may differ as per person's capacity but as per common average 8 hours.

Hi It is advisable to sleep 8hrs continuously n th night for the repair mechanism to happen in the body.
