I m having trouble in sleeping for the last 2 nights ,last night also I was feeling so sleepy getting headache but I cannot have deep sleep as I feel that even while sleeping also my brain is awake ,I took alcohol 1 beer bottle last night and as i m having difficult in sleeping I took 1mg 2 tab lorazepam but still not having proper sleep,maximum time I use to take whiskey alcohol and from last 2 days i feel insomnia, irritability, restlessness, sleeplessness and now I am having mild headache and feel like mild fever and last week sleeping pattern is good but from the last 2 nights only I am having this issue plz help me to overcome from this sleep disorder,thank you
