Sleeplessness in train journey

I have good sleep at home or inside room. Since last 3 years while undertaking train journey can't sleep at all even with full comfort. Thoughts revolve around the mind whole night. But no problem in sleeping at room with same state of mind. Reason for this and specific remedy please.

If no frequent travelling then no need to take any medication, it happen bcz of in train atmosphere and surrounding But if u r frequent traveller then take sos medication
