I cannot sleep at night. I have to take sleeping pills alprax 0. 25 mg or anxit 0. 25 mg. I heard sleeping pills have side effect and habit forming. Can you suggest anything so that I can sleep without sleeping pills. I think daily taking of sleeping pills is harmful. Pl tell me what to do
