Hi... She is jst 1mnth old....as per her need she will sleep...there is no ideal duration.... Usually newborns will sleep up to 12-16hours per day... And usually they sleep more during the day times and active during nights... This is the usual pattern but some times there may be variations...

Babies mostly sleep for the duration they decide but most babies of this age would sleep around 6-8 hours in night and take 3 naps of variable duration during the day (1 - 3 hours per nap). Total duration per day is 15 - 16 hours per 24 hours
