Hi... Do u have stress? And what is ur schedule.. Generally at this age sleep won't b issue if u have regulated life style...
We have medicines for sleep which are safe but only if required..
Consult for detail history.. And evaluation..
Sleep paralysis occur daily. After I wake up. I feel tired and headaches. Feel sleepy all day then.
