Sleeping problem

I have a sleeping problem i can't sleep constantly.. I wake up somehow in every 30-40 minutes even no disturbance is there.. i keep overthinking about anything.. need sleeping pills

u may hv concerns about school, health, or family that keep your mind active at night, making it difficult to sleep. Stressful life events ,death of loved one or separation may lead to insomnia.

Anxiety and depression effect sleep. Starting antianxiety would help u after asessment. Once anxiety decreases your sleep will improve.

Overthinking and sleep disturbance is usually a symptoms of stress/anxiety disorders/ depression Treating the cause can improve your sleep. Just having a sleeping pill as the only treament will not help much Try to follow rules of " Sleep Hygiene" ( available on Google) Consult psychiatrist or clinical psychologist
