Sleeping problem

Hi. My son is going to be 4 year old in couple of months. He is not going to school now. He is at home. He don't sleep at afternoon instead he sleep around 5pm - 7pm. Then he goes bed very late. Around 12pm - 1 am. And wake up at 10 am. Since he not school and not getting tired that much. We were worried. So i managed to change is sleep patterns. I keep him engaged and don't let him sleep in daytime. So he now goes to bed around 8pm in night. But waking up only at 10am. He drink milk around 5-6am in morning and fall asleep again. He sleep 14 hours straight. Is it good to sleep. He will go to school in October.

Practice him to sleep at 8pm daily.afternoon can take small nap . Sleeping at 5pm not to be encouraged.14 hrs of sleep not needed.10 hrs sleep is enough.

It is okay to sleep But how about afternoon nap from 1 to 3pm That would reduce some amount of night time sleep
