Dear now some days , I can't sleep well. can I take a medicine like ATIVAN 2MG tab. if you other suggestion sir.

You can try zolsoma/zolfresh 5mg at bed time for 7days.
Next Steps
Try to maintain regular sleeping schedule. Avoid cofffee or energy drinks at night. Avoid using the medicine more than 1week at a stretch.
