Gradually this will further reduce to 2-3 hours a day by 1 year of age. No need to worry
Next Steps
if this change is sudden and baby is irritable, not gaining weight, pls consult physically to a Pediatrician.

This time period marks a growth spurt during which sleep regression is normal and it may take few days or few weeks to come back to normal as it’s unique for every infant . Just see for feeding and urine motion and overall general condition of baby if fine no worries

If the baby is accepting breastfeeds and shows hunger cries, sleeps after feeding (even for a short time), passes urine 6-8 times a day, is active and playful, then it’s normal. A baby’s circadian rhythm is fully established by around 6 months of age
