Hypersomnia is a condition in which you feel excessive sleepiness during the day. It may occur even after long stretches of sleep. It could be due to anxiety or stress also
Some tips for you
Keep a consistent sleep schedule such that you go to sleep and wake up at the same times of the day every day.
Sleep in a quiet room.
Turn off the lights when you sleep to help with a relaxing sleep.
Switch off all your electronic devices before you sleep.
Most importantly seek help
